Thank you for your recent purchase, If you are not satisfied with your order, please mail your merchandise back to us. Below are instructions to follow to have your return processed as quickly as possible.
Return by Mail:
All returned merchandise must be in its original unworn condition, received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE DATE (PURCHASE DATE). Orders will not be accepted beyond this time frame. Naturistic Shoe Design reserves the right to refuse damaged or worn merchandise.
1. Please place the merchandise in the original packaging or appropriate box. Insert the complete packaging slip found on the back of the original invoice.
2. Fill-out the enclosed return form. Peel and stick both of the pre-printed address label along with the provided pre-paid USPS shipping label on the front side of the box. The return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund total. Please keep your shipping receipt number for tracking purposes.
3. A credit to the original credit card or check in the value of the returned merchandise less the shipping charge will show on the card used to purchase the product(s). Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement. For additional information, please contact your financial institution.
Currently, Naturistic Shoe Design does not offer exchanges. We recommend that you follow the return policy above and place a new order for the replacement merchandise through the www.naturisticshoedesign.com website. If you require further assistance please call Customer Service at (757) 846-3577. Upon receipt of your return item we will process and credit your account for the merchandise minus the return shipping charges.
